PRICING

Prices are correct at the time of publication. From time to time prices will change in relation to the price of gold and silver, and fluctuations in material costs - Call Of The Ocean reserves the right to review prices at any time.

Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.  We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Call Of The Ocean jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

All sales are final for any items purchased at a discounted rate and no exchanges or refunds will be made on discounted items.

Call Of The Ocean does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. We recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery, and international items be sent using a secure and swift fully tracked service. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Amex via the secure payment provider, Shopify Payments. Payment can also be made using Paypal.
